Delivery and pickup

Free local delivery on orders of $999 or more

We deliver free to your door on orders of $999 or more within 50 miles of our Bakersfield showroom at 2930 Niles St. Enter your full address at checkout to see if you qualify.

Free delivery is a drop-off to your door. In-home placement, assembly and setup (white-glove service) can be added for an extra charge where available.

Pickup at our showroom

You can choose free pickup at checkout. We'll contact you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number and a vehicle that fits your furniture; our staff can help load it.

Outside our delivery area or orders under $999

For addresses more than 50 miles away, orders under $999, or extra services, please call or email us for a delivery quote before ordering. A quote does not place an order or hold a delivery date.

Timing

Delivery time depends on the item, stock and your location. In-stock items usually deliver within a few days; special orders take longer. We'll call to schedule a delivery window with you.

Before delivery day

Please measure doorways, hallways, stairs and elevators to make sure your furniture will fit. If we can't complete delivery because an item won't fit, or no one is home at the scheduled time, extra delivery charges may apply.

Check your furniture at delivery

Please inspect every item when it arrives and point out any visible damage to our delivery team right away. Damage found later must be reported within 48 hours with photos. Once items are accepted and signed for, Jordan Home Furniture is not responsible for damage that happens afterward.
